Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder
Although getting older is something we all have to deal with, it doesn't mean we have to forfeit our beauty. I believe in eating well for beauty that radiated from within. I use natural beauty products and also believe that when it comes time to get help from modern-day advances, jump in head first!

Yoga and Fitness for Overall Health
I don't like to get stuck to one particular fitness activity, so I say, "Try a little of everything!" I love yoga, running, dancing, Zumba, going to the gym, gardening, and biking. For me, these are great ways to "shake it up" and keep it fun and interesting.
I find inspiration in people who have a zest for life and aren't afraid to try new fitness activities (zip lining, anyone?). It doesn't matter what you DO, just do SOMETHING!
